You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ph365.com platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

ph365.com's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account in the six months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph365.com platform shall be resolved through the following process:

The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ph365.com.
